Okay, I’m leaving for the beach next Thursday. NEXT THURSDAY, people. What the fuck have I been thinking eating and drinking like I have an awesome metabolism and no baby weight to drop? I’ve lost my mind. Seriously. So, next weekend, my 65 year old mother-in-law may actually look better in her bathing suit than I will.
How much weight can you lose in one week? If I promise not to eat or drink anything between now and then, do you think it’s possible to lose, oh, twenty pounds? No? Ten? I’m an optimist, I’m shooting for ten. We’ll see… Although, I do have girls’ night (aka bunko, aka drunko) tomorrow night at Laura’s and she is fixing a wonderful backyard barbecue themed meal. And, I can’t not drink at drunko… So, I’ll promise not to eat and drink anything after tomorrow night… How’s that? (Honestly, I’ll probably just drink and not eat.)
