TGIF, my friends!!!! ERD here I come! (That’s Early Release Day for those of you that are new to the bloggity-blog… The Mister comes home early.)
And, for the record, I don’t get so excited about ERD just for the obvious reasons, either… Yes, he comes home early and “releases” me from sole Warden duty at the House of Crazy, but we go on fun Friday Afternoon Adventures once he gets home. And always have a great time… Avery is just as excited as I am for Fridays.
No clue what this afternoon has in store for us, but I’m hoping I can talk the Mister into driving up to this little town above us to pick up my new (antique, new to me) breakfast room table, that may or may not turn into a weekend project for me. I am thinking I will paint it black… However, the Mister will probably frown upon that idea and suggest we go swimming or something. So, we are going swimming this afternoon to take care of that. (It may have to be one of those wild and crazy adventures to the Super Walmartz, since we have no food in this house and will be near starvation by dinner time… We’ll see.)
P.S. I love that graphic… It reminds me of drug-hazed hippie days. Makes me want to dust off the old glass pipe collection and burn some incense…

Could we have bumped into each other at a Dead Show many moons ago???
I was the filthy smelly one in the blue vw bus with the crazy canadians selling grilled cheese sandwiches and devil sticks…
Happy Friday!!
LMAO! My brother sold grilled cheeses out the back of our mom’s volvo stationwagon… We totally could have run into each other!
Ahh… The days of old…
TGIF! For some reason that graphic reminds me of The Partridge Family. Don’t ask. Hope you had a fab GNO. And, YEAH for ERD!
I have not funs planned today! I may need to join you on your adventures!! Have fun.
“we dont say shit”
LOL, L!!!! Yes, we did have a fun time at GNO… It was more of an ANO, though. I was home by 7. But, that’s fine by me! It was with the some of the wives from the Mister’s office, so I was afraid that i would have to really mind my ps and qs, but we had a blast. I think they were just as happy as I was that it was all relaxed and that I didn’t “stuff it up.” LOL!
Shannon, “HOT TAMALE” is a much better choice! We both need to remember that… LMAO!
Good Friday to u as well!…hope u guys have fun..we were going to head the pool but it is raining cat’s and dogs here so I’m guessing it will be a day of “I’mmmmmmmmm bored….there’s NOTHING to do” lmao
For those of you who do not know Shannon or me (uncle Teeze) she is the light of my life. 35 years ago I gave her my heart and about 18 years later my credit cards. I had a hell of a time getting them back after a shopping spree at the 7/11. Who grocery shops at at 7/11. Anyway back to Shannon, she has been a great friend…. someone who understand me, laughs with me, laughs at me , puts up with me being a real ass and I adore her for it. To sum it up, she is the bright spot in my life.
Much success and fun with your blog,
Steve
Wendy, I hate those boring ass days! Hope you guys found something to do…
Dear Uncle Teeze, thanks for making me cry… You know that you are so very important to me and have influenced me in ways that you could never know. You always have my heart. Words cannot express how much I love you! Thank you for everything you have done and for helping me become the freaking rockin’ awesome person that I am today… (HA!) And… Thank you for spoiling me and making me rotten as hell and for letting me always be a Princess! I love being a Princess. (And, you are now doing that for Avery… She’s rotten, too… And, I LOVE it!) Anyway, you are so incredibly important to me and such and integral part of my life… Sorry it took me so long to fess up about the ole blog! I knew you’d love it! Keep reading!
With all my love,
Shan (aka BooBoo)
Oh, and for the shopping at 7/11… When you are a drunken college student with an Exxon card, and an Exxon next door to your apartment complex, you’re bound to spend some jack… Gas, pringles, cokes, beer, doritos, oreos, more beer, tylenol… After all, I AM a Princess… And, was very used to getting what I wanted!
ETA: I stand corrected… Steve just informed me it, in fact, was NOT the Exxon card that I did this with… It was an American Express Gold Card. (That had my name on it… See… I WAS spoiled.)
